They lack structure in their official training program so learning all of the ins and outs of company processes and products means you will need to reach out to peers and your manager. It seems that upward mobility to the field in the SLED space is limited and infrequent. The product is very strong so sales cycles can move quickly and there are a lot of opportunities to replace competitors and expand the existing footprint with the 50+ services/products Fortinet offers.

Not as bad as some cyber security companies. But lacked young, hungry leadership plus had too many “Hail Mary” products that would never sell in the local country. Hiked prices to be close to competition but had many vulnerabilities so that influenced buyers decisions.
