Current Employee accounts have dwindled over the past 3 years from 500 to 80 accounts. The accounts we have are supposed to grow in size but have essentially stayed the same while having the same quota and OTE. Only reps who are hitting quota are the reps who were here in 2021 and got to cherry pick some good accounts. Once you break into the whitespace account they will be taken from the mid enterprise team or even sent down to SMB. Little to no BDR, marketing or channel support. Would stay away.
