This is based on the particular business business unit I represented. The company is still very much divided with business units and it depends on which business unit unit represent as to whether you will be a successful. Some are much much better than others.

The company has many pros such as extreme flexibility and a relaxed working style. The pay is well below average and the company does very little to add a culture with team events such as no holiday parties, virtual sales kickoff, and no requirements to come into a physical location.
