My overall experience with Fortra is great, but each individual‘s experience will vary depending on their team and territory. The company is not without its challenges, but there is a great opportunity for up sells in existing accounts. Rep who need little to no training on products and market positioning will do well. Junior reps may struggle to understand and gain footing.

This is based on the particular business business unit I represented. The company is still very much divided with business units and it depends on which business unit unit represent as to whether you will be a successful. Some are much much better than others.
