My overall experience was positive but frustrating as Fortra was driving operational synergies after 15+ acquisitions in <36 months. Highlevel strategy & goals not aligned to real world operational challenges at the field sales, customer success and partner level.

Fortra is a company that lacks direction. They acquired a ton of companies and are trying to jam them all together. There are multiple CRMs, sales processes and divisions. This creates misaligned expectations. The leadership at the top has very little cyber experience.
