FranklinCovey recently went through a large reorg in the Fall of 2024. I believe in the work they are doing, the intent of leadership and believe it will have positive results. Now, if they can get the marketing message figured out, they will be a force in the market! Overcoming the "planner people" mindset of clients is tricky.

Every tool imaginable to help you succeed in your role, huge tech stack. Never seen a company with enablement this robust. The consensus from the field is that it's a tough sale and ramp takes a long time. Attainment is poor so toss OTE out the window.
