It has historically been a great culture is in the midst of changing that with a new go to market strategy. People are great. Compared to other SaaS orgs I think the comp is below market.

Every tool imaginable to help you succeed in your role, huge tech stack. Never seen a company with enablement this robust. The consensus from the field is that it's a tough sale and ramp takes a long time. Attainment is poor so toss OTE out the window.
