I’d be shocked if this company is still around next year. The management has no clue how to save this sinking ship. On top of that, they're hiring people from competitor companies who don’t understand our product. These new hires are attempting to replicate the strategies that worked for them elsewhere, with zero creativity or vision for building and scaling our product. This company is destined to fail—unless some investor decides to throw them a cash lifeline, only to see it wasted by incompetent management.

Very good place to work especially at the start of your career. Money you can make is fairly limited but when the deals are this small, you can only be paid so much. 100% inbound leads. Zero cold calling.
