Frontier is a mess in terms of their processes. Even veterans are taking their best guess at how to get basic tasks done but the money is solid, it’s easy to sell if you prospect regularly, and the compensation is fair. Sales leadership not on your ass constantly. They just want their numbers and they’ll leave you alone. Getting acquired by Verizon soon so they are just trying to get to that point then job security is up in the air.

The people are the best part of the company. Everyone is very nice and welcoming. However, the systems and processes contradict each other which is frustrating. No one understands the comp plan. Only 25% of the reps in all three roles make quota and its always the same people.

My overall experience with FTR was below average. The compensation plan gets cut every year and they are auditing every deal that closes, attempting not to pay the AEs.
