Current Employee While I was able to meet sales goals through persistence and personal initiative, my overall experience at this organization was negatively impacted by poor management and systemic issues. There was a consistent lack of communication from leadership—especially around the bonus structure, which was often vague or withheld until after the work was done. This created a sense of mistrust, as it sometimes felt like we were being asked to sell without fair compensation. The lack of transparency and accountability, combined with minimal support or career development, made it challenging to stay motivated or see a long-term future with the company.
