Former Employee Overall, my experience was good. Where I felt out of balance was how the goals and direction shifted sporadically and felt reactive. Micro managing became the strategy for success over innovation and collaboration. Simply, how can relationships be subjectively judged but also graded on a scale? And, if the emphasis is on relationship and retention, then why have KPIs at all. My personal performance and compensation was subject to one manager.
