Former Employee My experience at Galderma, particularly with the West Coast sales leadership, was highly disappointing. The environment was driven more by favoritism and short-term wins than by integrity or sustainable business practices. Leadership actively encouraged selling into inappropriate markets—knowingly violating targeting guidelines—and then covered it up when challenged.
Concerns about compliance were dismissed or ignored, and those who spoke up were sidelined. The internal culture discouraged transparency and enabled behavior that should not be acceptable at any level, let alone in a healthcare company.
I cannot in good conscience recommend Galderma to anyone seeking a sales role—or any role—in an organization that values ethical leadership, long-term strategy, or employee well-being. Browse Other Reviews
