Overall experience was good, and a lot of people have a great experience at Genetec. There are some real challenges with some of the management. Also, you will have a very difficult time getting ahead if your aren't French Canadian.

It was interesting but nothing I see myself doing in the long run because of the low commission plan and the very flat organisation.
