Very serious sales org, that works you hard with limited upside. Product is solid but in a competitive market. Hopefully pay matches workload soon. Currently looking to adjust incentive structures and add spiffs so that is encouraging, but more needs to be seen here. Very few reps hitting quota and accelerators are extremely weak until hitting 300% attainment….

Glean is an incredible product. The leadership team is strong and getting better. Compensation is the biggest issue but if equity pans out with a $5B+ valuation outcome will be good.

Ridiculously below market pay for a company of Glean's growth and trajectory. SMB/Commercial AEs are barely making over $100K OTE, a mid-market AE I know closely is making only $140K OTE, and more.
