Glean has a great product but no vision and no leadership. Everything Glean does is a reaction to someone else in the market. Lacks leadership and strategy across the entire organization, with the main example of this being the CEO, Arvind.

Amazing product, but very long and hard sales cycles. Sales culture is still a work in progress. Fear of being PIPed is high, but overall I feel good about our future as a business.
