Current Employee I would say Glencoco is a platform that is more aimed towards people that already have at least 1-2 years of experience in sales at a corporate level. You are, at least in my experience, mostly cold calling which can be difficult for new/unexperienced sales reps who have not had the proper training. There is no base, you are 100% completely commission which has its pros and cons.
The compensation is there if you are really good at cold calling, and put in at least 20-30 hours per week, but this is definitely not a jump in and make money type of platform.
I will commend them on being way ahead of the curve in their auditioning process, which is where you essentially audition, and if you meet their criteria, you are allowed in, but again, just because you have experience in sales does not mean you will do well without the proper experience, skill set, and mentality.
One of the things I feel would help people more is if they had courses on how to sell their products/ services.
All that being said, I think this is a great platform for sales reps with experience in corporate settings.
