The company has no loyalty to its employees. It hires competitively to gain market share and sacrifices its current employees’ income and territory to negotiate these deals. It rarely promotes from within and has constant personnel turnover. STMs and managers are allowed to do basically anything based on their leverage and ability to provide growth. The culture is toxic, and leadership is poor.

Great company with compelling products, but the internal culture is lacking. From priorities, responsiveness, topic of common communications, and what gets leadership excited, it all seems to miss the mark for me.
