My experience here has generally been positive, as I haven't had to exert much effort to surpass quotas or expectations. In terms of closing opportunities, leadership isn't particularly supportive, nor is their support necessarily required. I continue to work here primarily because of the work-life balance it offers, although compensation is not a strong point. Despite our repeated requests for increased compensation, leadership hasn't shown much concern in this regard.

My overall experience has been fulfilling while working at Google Fiber. I enjoy how the company brings the "Googley" culture to the ISP space, which tends to be an 'old school' industry. My overall experience at Google Fiber was good. There was good opportunity to stay and grow but college caught up and I had to take some time to myself.
