They reduced our base salary by $10k, then told us to get excited because they would message commissions more lucrative. That's hilarious considering the average rep is below 60%. Product market fit is great, but the company is ran horrifically.

My experience here has generally been positive, as I haven't had to exert much effort to surpass quotas or expectations. In terms of closing opportunities, leadership isn't particularly supportive, nor is their support necessarily required.
