Granicus used to be a good place to work but terrible leadership over the last 6 months has ruined it. Upper management is micro-managing everything now, including recording/reviewing reps' 1-on-1s with their managers. Creativity and expressing difference of opinion with leadership is discouraged.

Like most Govtech companies, FL TX and CA key territories for growth. Brand has taken a hit and govt customers have long memories/ slow to trust.

The portfolio is struggling to see much success in the enterprise and state space. Customers just don't see the value and certainly cannot just the price. My team has had so much turnover in the last 6 months from tenured reps and leaders. If you just have to have a paycheck, go for it. But it is a tough place to be successful.
