Current Employee Only a few months in and this is not the place to be. It’s a job where you can make a lot of money, but there is a lot of luck involved. Company is very stuck in the past. Great for experience and work ethic, but not great long term. You don’t need a hard work ethic to succeed here, to just have to value money over happiness and be greedy. Don’t get me wrong, there are some great people here, but a lot of the senior leadership/executives will lie to you. I’ve been lied to many times already about how much I’ll be paid.
I should also add that if you have a moral compass, this job will be tough. Most customers are very unhappy (despite the executives constantly telling you the opposite). It’s hard to sell to customers knowing they will likely be worse off after the become a customer. Everyone who I cold call that has heard of us, hates us.
