Former Employee The leadership is horrid and treated employees like cattle. Everything set up very much in a "Lord of the Flies" mindset, where sales reps were incentivized to steal leads from other sales reps. They were also rewarded for this behavior. The comp accelerators were excellent, but the accounting team was so poorly run that it forced you to essentially become a forensic accountant each month. You could certainly make great money here, but there was no chance for growth outside of having personal relationships with leadership.
