Good sales training program and directors that invest a lot in you to improve your sales skill and help close deals. Organization itself has just gone downhill unfortunately. Almost everything you sell will have an issue and customers are just not happy and sales has to deal with it. They also recently changed the comp plan and many people are upset with it.

It was great until they changed the comp plan.. Cutting comp by 150%.. It was layoffs w/o severance.

My overall experience has been positive at Granite, however, I see that I am an outlier in many instances, including hitting quota and making decent money. It takes a good amount of personal work ethic and diligence to even hit quota let alone succeed and a lot of people can't handle it.
