Former Employee The compensation on deals is definitely a strong advantage of working here. However, based on my experience, I encountered challenges with implementation, inconsistent billing practices, and occasional rate changes. Additionally, delivering services within the expected timeframe was often difficult. For smaller teams not handling large, high-profile deals, these issues seemed to occur more frequently, leading to frustration when implementations didn’t meet client expectations.
