Would not recommend joining as the sales process is horrible and could be a career regressing move as an SDR. Managers do not know how to sell, they preach spamming. The leadership believes in buying the cheapest tools. Join somewhere the managers know how to train the team. Horrible email writing skills. Managers do not even know how to cold call.

The people at IC level are great. The managers are not very helpful, you need to be willing to train yourself and not expect help. Greenhouse is more of a quantity vs. quality approach. Quota isn't very attainable with only 30% hitting on a good month. Culture is more competitive than collaborative.

Great company culture and strong product in a very volatile market. Leadership at the middle is poor, mainly caused by an obsession with fulfilling a diversity quota, rather than hiring decent talent. Highly liberal working environment that is going to struggle whenever the wind changes direction.
