Product is not innovative and becoming increasingly difficult to sell because of this. Even with adjusted quotas competitors are outpacing us in innovation rapidly.

Great culture and great people but just not enough incentive for Account Managers to make money in 2025. Not enough products to sell, products and feature releases are not a market fit and we are responsible for bad debt churn.
