Former Employee Greenlight Guru is set up for reps who have been there for a long time. There was an abundance of super talented reps (a ton who were let go) who did not have tenure who struggled to see success because of the way some simple changes that needed to be made to pricing/ packaging to create win:wins for the customer. The heavy discounts often just diminished the value of the platform instead of offering packages that were valuable to prospects. There are some incredible managers and team mates who want to help but there is only so much you can do if your team is not set up for success.
