Former Employee From 2019 to 2022, this company had some of the best leaders, managers, and ICs you could ask for. We were PE-backed in 2021, and then most leadership began to leave, and the ICs followed. It's a company that's constantly changing, mostly for the worse, and it's sad to see but the base they're selling to is beginning to realize that too.
I loved most of my time there but old colleagues that stayed past 2022 have said it's a bad experience now - so I'd stay away.
