My overall experience with this company thus far has been disappointing, to say the least. There is a severe lack of leadership and priorities are not in the right places. They value cold calling over quoting and hire people with zero experience in sales and expect the other reps in the office to train them. Literally not even sure what the sales managers do all day other than hound you about hitting your call volume. Would not recommend this company to anyone, even the product is too expensive for any prospects to actually buy

It's great for someone starting out in sales. It helps you build great fundamentals and gives you experience in full cycle. However, you should think about quickly moving to another company as making good money will take years in this role.
