My overall experience with this company thus far has been disappointing, to say the least. There is a severe lack of leadership and priorities are not in the right places. They value cold calling over quoting and hire people with zero experience in sales and expect the other reps in the office to train them. Literally not even sure what the sales managers do all day other than hound you about hitting your call volume. Would not recommend this company to anyone, even the product is too expensive for any prospects to actually buy

Base compensation was solid, but the product was damn near impossible to sell, so you make little/no commission. Company will also slash your commission without telling you! They care more about your cold call output rather than quality prospecting. Insanely high turnover and obvious lack of care for employees within the company.
