Been here almost 3 months... Still here, but not sure how long... There is pressure to hit numbers that seem almost unobtainable (I believe about 30% of reps are hitting quota). Practically everyone on my team has either left or gotten fired... The metrics are cold calls, booked and ran meetings, and sales. Good structure. Good training. Not sure about the product/market fit, personally. Selling services that are intangible. High turnover, partially due to the fact that most new reps are right out of college. Good base pay and commission structure.

My overall experience with this company thus far has been disappointing, to say the least. There is a severe lack of leadership and priorities are not in the right places. They value cold calling over quoting and hire people with zero experience in sales and expect the other reps in the office to train them.
