My overall experience was that it was a great company when I first started working there with a great culture and I was excited to go to work everyday but in the past 2 years they have made so many changes that it feels like a completely different company that doesn’t truly care about their employees.

Base compensation was solid, but the product was damn near impossible to sell, so you make little/no commission. Company will also slash your commission without telling you! They care more about your cold call output rather than quality prospecting. Insanely high turnover and obvious lack of care for employees within the company.
