Current Employee Leadership has never done your job and therefore micro-manages you. They constantly struggle to put together an effective strategy for sales. Hides in the data and doesn't acknowledge or fix real problems. Lots of gaslighting. Says they value and want honest feedback but that's not what their actions say. Always blames sales and cuts pay. Doesn't hold back of house accountable for bad support and customer service.
