I have been here for almost three years at this point and there is little to no stability when it comes to the job. Quota is always changing, not only from a numbers standpoint but also in terms of what quota even is. They continue to decrease the compensation as well. It is safe to say it is a frustrating place to work, however the only reason I have stayed is because of my direct manager who is amazing.

Low base, good comp plan. Work/life balance is amazing. Good reps make $100k total. Industry is slowly dying though.

I enjoyed my time at Grubhub. The only thing I found myself wishing for was more transparency from upper management on the direction the company was headed and where we were performing according to that goal.
