Our role was constantly changing month in and out. Quoted continued to get harder to exceed. Leanred a lot in the Strategic Account executive experience. There was a good worklife balance.

Pay distribution is lower than similar companies, so you have to work for commission, and targets vary of course by role and team; mine were very achievable.
