My overall experience was very positive. Base pay could have been better but this was offset with uncapped commission which was great. Our role was constantly changing month in and out. Quoted continued to get harder to exceed. Leanred a lot in the Strategic Account executive experience. There was a good worklife balance.

Great people, though with the layoffs that has substantially changed since I left. Great work-life balance with half-day Fridays. Pay distribution is lower than similar companies, so you have to work for commission, and targets vary of course by role and team; mine were very achievable.
