My overall experience has been great. The company has a fantastic culture, and they invest in their employees by offering extensive training to new hires. This company is owned by Home Depot and you get stock options. The bottom line is I feel that the company does not pay enough. Both the base salary and commission plan need to be better.

Force you to micro manage beyond your wildest fears. Impossible to keep team engaged & motivated with the constant micro managing and babysitting. Not the best fit for somebody who likes to be able to lead with their own style.

My manager has been great. The PTO and benefits are average but are made up in other ways like flexibility and consistent income
