Products and recognition on the mark are good, nice workflow with partners, but the company is extremely bad managed, high turnover, unachievable quotas and demotivated colleagues.

It's a great place to work but the sales teams can be pretty hostile towards newcomers. They also forced 3d RTO without any exceptions (unless you're a field sales). Job can be extremely boring though. Feels more like a small company at times here in Belgium than a multinational.

Great company that has a good culture and values. Pay is lower compared to competitors, but overall good stability and work-life balance. Comp plans have needed improvement recently (Feb 2024). Reps should consider pay vs. stability/life balance when considering HP.
