Great company that has a good culture and values. Pay is lower compared to competitors, but overall good stability and work-life balance. Comp plans have needed improvement recently (Feb 2024). Reps should consider pay vs. stability/life balance when considering HP.

HP has an amazing product that is reliable and easy to sell, but their tools an processes are their greatest hindrance and sales receives the brunt of it both internally and externally. Mentorship is amazing and room for growth in the company good if you are there more than two years. Inside sales makes next to nothing compared to field/outside reps.
