My overall experience has been positive. There are opportunities to transition within the company and explore different roles, starting in sales and potentially moving into marketing, channel sales, and back to direct sales. While the base compensation may be on the low side, the overall OTE is competitive. However, the lower base salary can be seen as a downside, especially in the current market. The company culture is excellent, fostering collaboration and support among colleagues. There is room for improvement in terms of innovation; the company tends to follow industry trends rather than leading them. Overall, I would recommend this company to someone seeking a close-knit environment, challenging yet rewarding opportunities, and potential for career growth.

Great culture, amazing people, but base and total comp are a bit low. Also no proper selling for a while, you do projects for a few years to learn the ropes.

It's a great place to work but the sales teams can be pretty hostile towards newcomers. They also forced 3d RTO without any exceptions (unless you're a field sales). Job can be extremely boring though. Feels more like a small company at times here in Belgium than a multinational.
