Great culture, amazing people, but base and total comp are a bit low. Also no proper selling for a while, you do projects for a few years to learn the ropes.

Terrible sales culture but pays well. Spend 30% in MSFT Dynamics. No true CRM. HP is held together by a string of spreadsheets. But the pay and benefits are nice. Unlimited PTO as well.

HP has an amazing product that is reliable and easy to sell, but their tools an processes are their greatest hindrance and sales receives the brunt of it both internally and externally. Mentorship is amazing and room for growth in the company good if you are there more than two years. Inside sales makes next to nothing compared to field/outside reps.
