Current Employee3.3Jan 16, 2025Great company, its easy to sell at Handshake because you get to help change students lives. Decent product market fit, really no competitors that make your life harder but still a nice to have, so you are selling pain killers not rip and replace.

Them being the people who have been here a long time, have a lot of equity, been promoted into roles they are incapable of doing, and for the most part miss targets with no consequences.
