The overall goal is there but the ability to execute for sales is low. Reason: Their free software is too good and their leadership has not figured out how to monetize with features that exceed the value of the free versions. They are also very poor when it comes to educating reps. They basically give you a bunch of Youtube videos and send you on your way.
