Extremely low base salary and you take over someone else’s book of business. You don’t start earning commission until your book is at at least 85%.

Overall experience was okay. Managers are nice but really not a lot of learning opportunities or upward mobility. The CRO is terrible, super condescending, not sure how he has his job. The sale is the easy part, getting that sale fulfilled is the hard part, left because clients were mostly all unsatisfied.

Some portions of this companies sales team is great...some aren't. Same thing goes with leadership. In the middle of mutiple re-orgs so stability isn't what it used to be.
