Current Employee Compensation for an SDR role is hourly, and is base pay only with no option for commission incentives. Overtime is expected. Construction industry is last minute and that flows into the operations at HERC is nothing is organized and is very chaotic. Management can be very hit or miss, and training is very sparse outside of initial onboarding. Company culture is stuck in the 1990’s and this reflects everywhere from diversity of the team, to the technology used, to the befits packages, and mandatory in office work. Browse Other Reviews
