Overall has been positive. I wish for a better comp package but there is great up side in my area. Not how this would affect others in smaller metro areas. I look forward to my growth with the company.

Low base salary but potential to earn significant money with hard work and a little luck. Customers can sometimes be unloyal based on current pricing

At the core, the people are really great. A few bad actors and a protected network of college buddies. Completely disconnected leadership that force pencil whipping to meet metrics. Compensation for an SDR role is hourly, and is base pay only with no option for commission incentives. Overtime is expected. Construction industry is last minute and that flows into the operations at HERC is nothing is organized and is very chaotic.
