My overall experience was OK but not great. There was absolutely no on boarding training for my role and basically no support in learning the internal processes. I started off as a contract worker with salary and commission. They switched me to strictly salary based, but still had me tied to my previous quota of sales that I had to meet each quarter and annually.

In my role I worked strongly with Channel Partners. In bound leads didn't happen. I relied on leads from the Channel instead.

Overall good company for a long run, but maybe is too big for roles in which you want to manage full sales cycle.
