Current Employee Feels like everyone (including leadership) is treading water and rather than fixing the route cause of issues like our increasing customer churn, they just mask it. Also our AI innovation is missing the mark and customers are sharing that feedback but leadership thinks we just aren't selling the value enough. Competition feels like its taking over...
