It seems that the company culture is non-existent. If the leadership doesn't like you, you're out. There's a constant turnover of employees, creating a very stressful environment where you feel like you could lose your job at any moment.

While the product is very good, the leadership and sales org is pretty incompetent. Targets were on a global company level and so high that 70% were possible at best, it was clear from the beginning of the year that the targets are unreachable.

My overall experience was meh. If someone knows and is using MQTT there is recognition for their product but they're seen as an expensive solution and not always necessary. Not enough opportunity for the size of the sales team.

Get rich quick scheme with a toxic sales environment. They cant figure out where their true place in the market is and live only to create an illusion to fulfill expectation for investors.
