While the product is very good, the leadership and sales org is pretty incompetent. Targets were on a global company level and so high that 70% were possible at best, it was clear from the beginning of the year that the targets are unreachable.

Avoid at all costs. Management & sales team turnover is ridiculous. All issues blamed on sales. C Suite is out of touch & don’t know how to operate a company.

It seems that the company culture is non-existent. If the leadership doesn't like you, you're out. There's a constant turnover of employees, creating a very stressful environment where you feel like you could lose your job at any moment.
