My overall experience was meh. If someone knows and is using MQTT there is recognition for their product but they're seen as an expensive solution and not always necessary. Not enough opportunity for the size of the sales team.

While the product is very good, the leadership and sales org is pretty incompetent. Targets were on a global company level and so high that 70% were possible at best, it was clear from the beginning of the year that the targets are unreachable.

It seems that the company culture is non-existent. If the leadership doesn't like you, you're out. There's a constant turnover of employees, creating a very stressful environment where you feel like you could lose your job at any moment.

Great product, and a great culture on the surface, underpinned by woefully inexperienced leadership and acceptance of toxic behaviour. They talk of growth but won't back it with actual investment into the activities needed to drive business in region.
